All applications and supporting documents must be submitted electronically. Scanned copies of the original transcript may be submitted as an attachment.

Fundraising Events
Masquerade Ball: What is the attire?
We ask that guests dress formal, black-tie is optional.
Masquerade Ball: Do I have to wear a mask?
To honor our theme and mission to lift the mask, we strongly encourage all guests to arrive wearing masks which we will remove during the welcome remarks and Lift the Mask ceremony before dinner begins.
Masquerade Ball: Does The Quell Foundation provide masks?
The Quell Foundation typically carries extra masks at registration on the night of the event, however, we do request that masks be secured on your own, in advance of the evening as we cannot guarantee enough masks for all attendees. Plus…it’s more fun to pick your own!
Falmouth Road Race: How can I get a bib to run with Team Quell?
Each April, The Quell Foundation invites its friends, followers, and donors to apply for a Team Quell bib by submitting our runner questionnaire. Bibs are assigned on a first come, first serve basis with the expectation that the runner will raise a minimum of $750 to the organization.
Falmouth Road Race: What happens if I don’t meet the fundraising minimum?
The Quell Foundation reserves the right to charge the remaining balance of an unmet fundraising goal to the runner’s credit card.
Falmouth Road Race: Can I fundraise for Quell even if I don’t use a Team Quell bib?
Absolutely! Please email rwilk@thequellfoundation.org to join our Team Quell fundraising campaign.
Screenings
I am a student wishing to bring the Lift the Mask documentary to my campus. What do I do?
We encourage you to think about who (on campus) you have a relationship with and approach them for suggestions on who to contact for an initial conversation. Please email rwilk@thequellfoundation.org to inform of your interest and we can provide additional resources to aid in your quest.
I am an employee/employer wishing to bring the Lift the Mask documentary to my school/office/agency/organization. What do I do?
Please complete this short questionnaire and a Quell staff member will be in touch.
How much does a screening cost?
The Quell Foundation encourages a suggested donation of $2,500 per venue. This donation is simply to cover the cost of staff/panel travel and accommodations as well as customized marketing materials and resources.
Can we live stream the film rather than host an in-person screening?
At this time our documentary is only available for screenings in controlled environments with audiences who are then encouraged to participate in the post-screening panel discussion.
