Dominski, Kalat, Rebak, and Pinnock Join Board of Directors

NORTH FALMOUTH, Mass. — The Quell Foundation announced today that it has appointed Reba Dominski, Senior Vice President of Corporate Responsibility for U.S. Bancorp, Carrah Kalat, Vice President, Sales Enablement at Aetna, Keisha Pinnock, founder of KeiP Consulting LLC, and Rob Rebak, CEO, Forefront Telecare Inc. to its board of directors effective on March 1 of 2019.

The drive, passion, and experiences this group brings to the table will surely elevate The Foundation to new heights and we are confident that they will provide valuable experience and perspectives along the way.”

Reba Dominski
Reba joined U.S. Bancorp in June of 2015 as the President of the U.S. Bank Foundation and SVP of Corporate Social Responsibility. In 2017, she was promoted to Chief Social Responsibility Officer. Reba leads U.S. Bank community efforts to maximize community, employee and business impact. She leads the teams supporting the U.S. Bank Foundation, volunteerism, environmental sustainability, community investment, community relations, and community development. Prior to U.S. Bank, Reba spent 21 years with Target Corporation in numerous roles.

Reba co-chairs the Leadership Council of Generation Next, served on the Super Bowl 52 Legacy Fund Advisory Committee and the Parent Advisory Committee for Perpich Arts High School and is a member of the board of directors for Pollen and the Greater Twin Cities United Way. Ms. Dominski earned her B.A. in English and graduated with honors from the University of Michigan.

Carrah Kalat
Moving from the Executive Advisory board to the board of Directors, Carrah Kalat has been a long-standing supporter of The Quell Foundation since its creation in 2015. Carrah exemplifies The Quell Foundation brand as an advocate of its mission and as a subject of its groundbreaking documentary “Lift the Mask – Portraits of Life with Mental Illness.”

With 25 years of experience in the industry, Carrah navigates a competitive landscape, identifying opportunities and crafting strong positioning. As Vice President of Sales Operations, Carrah leads Sales Operations, which includes Sales Enablement, Learning and Performance, and Sales Support for Aetna’s Commercial businesses, and internal sales compensation, licensing and appointments, and broker compensation. She regularly assembles collaborative teams focused on achieving our corporate goals. A graduate of Elmhurst College, Kalat rose from a product manager to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Coventry Health.

Keisha Pinnock
Ms. Pinnock is the founder of KeiP Consulting LLC, a pioneering firm that assists clients in gaining a competitive edge by optimizing their compliance, audit and operational processes. Keisha previously served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer for TMG Health; Chief Compliance Officer for United States Medical Supply; Chief Compliance Officer for Florida Healthcare Plus; Vice President of Medicare Compliance for Simply Healthcare Plans (which was acquired by Anthem); and Director of Internal Audit for AvMed Health Plans. Prior employers also included Jackson Health Systems and HCA Healthcare. Ms. Pinnock’s background also includes years as an auditor for BDO Seidman United States, ranked #5 globally as a professional audit and assurance firm, where she was responsible for leading and executing audits of publicly traded companies, private entities, as well as non-profit organizations.

Keisha is Certified in Healthcare Compliance and has authored several articles on compliance and leadership. She also served as a board member/treasurer for the Women’s Healthcare Executive Network (WHEN) and was the prior Communications Chair for the Miami chapter of the Institute for Internal Auditors. She has a Master’s in Accounting and a Bachelor’s in Health Services Administration.

Rob Rebak
Rob Rebak, CEO of Forefront Telecare Inc., is a 25-year healthcare industry veteran and brings a broad range of strategic and operational experiences from Fortune 500 companies to early-stage ventures within the life science, HCIT, and digital health industries. Prior to Forefront, he was president and CEO of AbleTo, a behavioral telehealth platform, and CEO and chairman of QualityHealth, a digital patient acquisition, and engagement platform. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rebak held leadership and commercial positions at Pfizer, Merck and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Rob holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in History and Economics from Vanderbilt University.

The four new additions join board chairman Kevin Lynch, secretary Michael Brown, Esq., Dr. Christopher Calkins, Dr. Sharon Press, and CEO of MOD Worldwide, John Stanley.
